Performed on an Allen 632-D Organ from the 70s. Sorry for the poor sound, it was recorded on a camcorder!

I've just started getting to thinking that Rodgers was better at sampling. Their 32' stops sound better than Allen's, whose sound is more muffled.

The last chord should last at least 13 beats
Allen has always been one of the best makers of electronic organs. their sampling of sounds is wonderful.

In case you don't know the piece, it is written in 9/4 time.
The average tempo in this interpretation seems to be 1/4 = 80, although I'm not sure that any one bar lasts 6½ seconds!
Rubato # robbing, but also paying back in the long run.
Vierne suggests a slightly calmer tempo (76), but then, he did have a big resonant space to fill with sound.
Is that a gorgeous piece or WHAT? Very clever registration also. Thanks for posting a newly discovered favorite of mine!

Very nice, Vercus! Glad to see you on the 'Tube! That organ looks and sounds like a larger version of the organ I take care of in town.
