It's so refreshing to find a young woman who is comfortable in her own skin. People don't understand that Miley, as well as other celebrities, have a ****ton to spend on their apperance. If she didn't have access to stylists, makeup artists, personal trainers, etc. she'd wouldn't be anything spectacular.
