0 amp HHO Cell

Working with my version of Dave Lawton's PWM, distilled water, 1/8 tsp of baking soda and a design cell I saw on SirHoax's video. Thank you SirHoax and all the people how put the info on the web. I have no tech. school training, I'm self taught. I have no chemistry schooling, but can observe. The lugs on the cell are rusting, they will be replaced with stainless steal straps. The cell is operating between 11 to 12 volts at 0 amp ungated. I turned the amperage up to show that the meter is on and working. Can anyone tell me what cameras you use to make these video's? vf meter is messed up because you need at least 1or .1 or .0001 to create some thing.
