I have Parkinson's Disease and spasmodic dysphonia. In this video, I show what I've been learning about dealing with SD. the rocking motion is dyskinesia, a side-effect of my PD meds.

  • Aloha...BRAVO to you for making these videos on your experience with spasmodic dysphonia. I have it to a degree myself. Your videos demonstrate that we are not alone in this experience; they inform others with normal speaking voices what SD is about; and they offer us treatment options to discuss with our doctors or therapists.   • There is effective treatment out there!!! Why struggle so much. If you have an ENT of movement disorder specialist, you can use Botox injections and have a normal voice.
