Very nice drum slo, and sound! What do you have to say about some people that hate or disagree with 10" tom for jazz? How you tune this one? My jazz set has a 10" tom and I´m satisfied with that. (sorry about my english). Thanks and congratulations!

Those people can go jump off a cliff.
(Kidding!) I've never heard anybody diss a 10" tom for jazz, though 12" rack is obviously the standard (and I'm experimenting with that now). I come from the modern school of jazz - the likes of Eric Harland, Dave Weckl, Ludwig Afonso, and so on - where a 10" tom is not only acceptable, but even *preferred*. I've just always played a 10, so it's a non-issue. Keep doing what you're doing, man - your sound is YOUR sound and nobody else's. :D

What kind of set is that and how do you keep it sounding so nice?

The set was a loaner from a friend of mine; it's a Tama Imperialstar kit: 18" BD, 10" and 14" toms. The snare is a Yamaha 5.5" x 14" Steel snare. I don't use any of this gear anymore.

@drumology2001 I just saw that you may have responded to basically the same question in another post. Haha sorry to bother you and thanks for the info.
