  • Matt makes it sound like everyone in the world is full of toxins except raw vegans? Sounds like the world is full of smoking drunks who takes drugs & eat mcdonalds all day.

    How about someone like me, I never drank, smoked, took medication (except a couple of asprin when younger), rarely ate junk food (and certainly not in the last 5 years), and I happen to include meat in my all-natural unprocessed foods diet (no grain, veg oils etc) Im 36 years old, low body fat feel great. Am I full of toxins?

  • @nyxs60 I am healthier now then ever before from eating a Paleo/Primal diet. Cutting out all grains and vegetable oils is the most important part. My health is improving, not getting worse. Look at Art De Vany, he's old and on Paleo and is very healthy too. You see, when you eat a health-building diet, your health improves. When you eat a depleting diet (one which lacks vital nutirents and/or calories) or a Toxic/SAD diet, then your health declines. Go Primal and build your health!

  • @TheGraceofChrist E.coli O157:H7, the type that makes us sick is ACID RESISTANT. It comes from grain-fed cattle. Human stomach acid can kill normal E coli and other pathogens.

    Candida mostly results from a high-carb diet. Most other parasites come from organic vegetables fertilized with factory farmed cattle poop.

  • @TheGraceofChrist .. Yes, eating thirty to forty Cherries make an immediate difference. Include, 1-Tsp of baking soda, 7x daily keeps the pain away. Thank you.

  • @kimxxxyyy Actually, parasites are from ANIMAL products, they live inside FLESH. MCT oils are the best for your brain and they are found in the highest amounts in COCONUT oil. Studies show dairy CONTRIBUTES to osteoporosis, read the research the more puss filled dead( from pasteurization) dairy a person ingests the higher the rates of bone probs. If your addicted that's one thing but please don't misrepresent is as fact. Read the HARVARD study that just came out on dairy. Eat LOTS of dark greens
