or perhaps its just perfectly distilled water? that stuff aint conductive.

its made so firefighters can extinguish high value electronics without ruining them. AKA: Creditcard Storage facilities etc. No high value facility wants firemen to go in and use water on their servers and wipe out half their data or debt.

@VanguardDragon It is not toxic. You can dry it, might feel a little weird, but you won't have any serious problems.

It's a fluid developed for extinguishing fires. You could check the Wikipedia-article: Novec_1230 if you want to know more.
