  • The bacon & egg is also what I use to eat for breakfast when I was doing the low carb diet. You look great! After I have the baby I will be starting back on my diet also.

  • 5 Pounds in a week is a LOT!

  • Um...171 lbs?! She must have on some heavy shoes! Seriously. Anyway, she looks good. And she must have a small/medium frame. Keep on!

  • When I lost 60 pounds with those pills I ate (breakfast) 2 slices of turkey bacon and eggs cook with olive oil spray, (lunch) turkey meat and green salad (no carrots or tomatoes/too many carbs), (dinner) baked fish and broccoli..or chicken breast and veggies (snack) nuts or suger free popsciles...no bread, no milk, no cheese...but you lose weight quickly and I gained 30 back after I stopped the pills! SUCKS!
