@ALYogaYin great idea to use a tennis ball. i tried it on the bed but because my matras is kinda soft, the ball just sank in, so i used to tennis ball on the wall while leaning on the wall. the pressure on my shoulder feels sooooooooooo good!!!

@borednow Keep practising and also try using a tennis ball under your shoulders in the area when the pain is, when you're lying down.

thanks!!! my shoulder and neck are hurting like hell and i couldnt really move but after these exercises i can move better eventhough it still kinda hurts

That felt greart. I definitely slept on something wrong and this really helped me.
Thanks, it really helps my back and shoulder pain. I am a lot more top-heavy than most women, I guess you'd say;)
