cont. now that my niece has charge some and given the info free to her friends ( it took me 2 years to gather research and write the book) my son in law and daughter can barely get the work because most info is given out by my niece, I hate her, I have never hated someone so much... NO the cops did nothing, about the theft ( they said I had no proof other than they had been in my shed and had the keys.) or the of the book, I am just livid at this point...any suggestions?

I welcome nay useful suggestions, Facts: 2nd niece set me up with her boyfriend after I gave them food and money and work took about 5000 plus a trade book I wrote first issue. The book involves how to get independent contract work around the city. done but not publish Didn't have $ to publish it yet, anyway. I get angry of the people who told me not call the police on the 1st niece that forged a title and stole a car from me. here is wher the anger cont.

have you had/found similar cases amongst others

what you were saying about 'some people not letting go of their anger'...i get that, only a comment in a conversation can spark me off, an i have to leave (or not speak as much), until we move on to a different topic of conversation or a different place.. used to be better at controlling my emotions but find it hard to be passionate about something and remain calm

good advice, hold it in (until it fucking explodes).

my anger always cumulative to a point that I have to express it, it usually take a person to perform repeated offensive actions toward me to trigger my anger outburst. The least I could do is confront the person who annoys me the first time they offend me, in order to let them know my bottom line, and hopefully they will stop acting like that. so that I could minimize the chance that I am offended repeatedly, thus minimize the chance of my anger outburst.

My anger does not always come when my expectations are not met. I often get EXTREMELY angry when people do something even though I expect that behavior from them. I think this behavior never changes, it's the same thing from these people all the flipping time, and that makes me very very very very very very angry.

anger shanana? he sounds like Peter Sellers when he played the Indian Guru in The Party, lol...his message is good... "anger always comes when your expectations are not fulfilled"...True-true.
