Pravda, circa 1972 was more "Fair and balanced" than Fox news ever was. Only because the Russian lies had some basis in fact, where Fox just makes shit up out of thin air. Out of context or not they're expressing OPINIONS incessantly against Obama, things that can be argued either way they're not solid facts. This is whats called debating and should not take place on a news show thats intended for reporting. Don't lie about it, become a talk show.
