  • waste of time, money and material. Read your books first then make something with the knowledge you acquire.

  • Fail. Structure too heavy for the power available. Barely achieved hover let a lone ground effect flight. If you trim weight and improve your duct design, it may work. Looked like a fun learning experience, though.

Yep, that's it's problem alright...something like this needs to have its' winglets nearly level to get lift at low speeds. Otherwise, clever work!

  • just an observation but i believe one would attain more lift if you reduced the wings angle of attack.

  • Angle of attack is a little too aggressive.

  • wtf is that song called? btw, nice plane

  • nice propeller

  • I am just a bio major, but I would say that their center of lift is to far back (hence the nose "digging" into the water. A few tweaks and it *could* work. Or maybe the center of thrust is to high. Hmm, maybe I should change majors.

  • Nice, it almost worked :)

  • Niice, though was hoping to see a liftoff.
