Release date- June 1974 (USA) Starring: Terence Hill, Henry Fonda and Jean Martin A young, easygoing gunman (Hill) worships and competes with an old gunfighter (Fonda) who only wants to retire.
I had high hopes for this movie, been hearing about it for decades.
After a memorable opening shootout, the plot becomes extremely murky, sequences are repetetive (Terence Hill's fast-motion punching and slapping people, the Posse),
and Terence Hill's eye rolling, smirking, and mugging the camera might annoy most people.
On the upside, the photography is first-rate, and Henry Fonda gives a great performance, though I wish there was more of him.
one of the best western. after once upon a time in the west and the good the bad the ugly! Just my opinion ;)
