As I saw on yor channel you have 1.4 75hp engine. That engine is not the same as mine. Mine is 86hp.

i have the same engine
i suggest 10w/40 oil for this engine
when the engine is hot change the oil and the oil filter every 7.500km and will be fine

I know that, but I don‚t now is it probolem with bad oil or viscosity? I use 5w40 , should I go to 5 w30 or 10w40?

The sound comes from the hydraulic tappets because you have low oil pressure
You have to remove and clean the oil pan
Something like that may be your problem take a look:
