Cleveland and Chicago met once again in the Playoffs, the 1993 Eastern Conference Semi Finals. The Cavs got past New Jersey in a hard-fought five game series while the Bulls swept Atlanta with ease.

Gerald Wilkins was brought in by Cleveland as the so-called "Jordan Stopper" to finally overcome their arch enemy, and a cocky Wilkins made comments to the media how he would guard Jordan, how nobody could play MJ as well as him and so on.

Jordan, of course, took Wilkins' statements as a challenge.

  • Gerald Wilkins, Jordan-stopper my ass. He ended up gettin' humiliated just like Ruben Patterson did years later after dubbing himself the Kobe-stopper LMFAO!

  • @thetoyotaable jordan is better 3 point shooter and all around shooter than kobe have you saw the 3 point shootout with him and larry bird jordan just didn't want to define himself a 3 point shooter he wanted to be known as best all around look at how he perfected the fadeaway if he took normal shots he may have made more shots but he's taking tougher shots so they can't be blocked as easy

  • @ForEmily23 or defensive player

  • 1988-1993 Jordan at his best

  • @MrHavok29 thank you :)! i should add that late 90s mike is a remarkable achievement for anyone....so kobe/fans should be pround (but not delusiional)

  • @MrHavok29 Well said!

  • @ForEmily23 . mj is a better points score then kobe. kobe a better range then mj. mj a better flg % shooter then kobe. kobe a better 3pt% shooter then mj. free throw tied. mj a better into the basket, dunks, the lay up, the move. offensive= mj better. Defent the steal and block shot, kobe is not even close. rebound kobe is not evn close. less turn over a game mj is better then kobe. assistant passing the ball mj is better then kobe. kobe is not even close to mj.
  • this is peak-era jordan. NO ONE compares to this phase in Michael's career. kobe's best only compares to late 90s (older) jordan.

  • Whenever challenged by another player or team, Michael simply switched into Super Saiyan Jordan and devoured his opponents like a bottle of Gatorade.
