Where did you get the highway bar for that? she looks perteh:D i dont understand why people say parts are so hard to find.. ebay has everything...

The light can also flash because of the use of an Led in the tail light. There is not enough resistance in an led filament causing the bikes computer to think that the bulb is out. There are several ways to fix this problem but the easiest is to disconnect the light. My kz400 does the same thing because I replaced the standard rear light bulb with an led.

The light is only supposed to come on when you're braking and it only stays on if the brake light is burned out. My brake light works normally with either brake, but the stop lamp indicator is always on. Anyone know what might be causing it?

Mine does the same thing. Rear break triggers the light fine but I have to crank down on the front to get it to turn the light on.

Thanks! It's got new paint and lots of TLC now. :) The drop bar was installed when I got her years ago...an aftermarket option I guess.

whys your stoplamp light tweaking so bad mine would only come on if i really grabbed onto the front brake

I don't remember why. I know that after I replaced the front master cylinder pump it never malfunctioned again. Just a bad sensor I guess. Works great now.
