When Genesis lost Peter Gabriel in 1975, it stunned fans of the group and left many commentators wondering if the band could survive. Many many years later, their live shows consisted of many Gabriels songs sung by Phil Collins, plus of course their newer stuff.
As long as May and Taylor (founder members of Queen) are still on board, then the name Queen is legitimate. Whatever is your favourite era from Queen, there is no denying that compared to todays standards, they are still the TOPS

I can agree with that. The new single kicks that crap out of anything else I've heard in years, but since it's only two remaining members of Queen, I think they should call themselves something new. I don't know what, but something new.
Still, I imagine somewhere up there, Freddie is loving seeing his mates perform again.

'The best people to put plectrum to axe' great way to put it
Queen always rocks and I like the team up with Paul Rodgers, but I think
A) Queen + Paul Rodgers should call themselves something new, like a new band.
B) Brian May, guitar god that he is, NEEDS to cut that fright wig off his head. My God, man! It's not 1977 any more! Eddie Van Halen cut his hair, you should too!

If he does, nobody recognizes him!
And it is his trademark, so don;t change it :)
