Volvo engines don't hold their value. My step dad drove for swift for 3.5 years and the computer on the Volvo Engine would always activate the TRACTOR ABS warning system and it drove him absolutely nuts, that was two years ago. He drives a Peterbilt for May Trucking's refrigerated division and it has an ISX 475, and not a single problem, but the truck is a 2009 so its relatively new still. Any engine brand beats Volvo by a long shot.
