  • I would never leave my dog alone with a vicious baby. Babies are unpredictable and prone to bite when angered. Just trying to save you a trip to the vet.

  • no, its only because kids can easily hurt little dogs, not because theyre short tempered. a mastiff can take a little kid sitting on its ribs. a smaller dog couldnt, and would get startled.

  • @girlygirl562000 any dog over 15 lbs can easily knock over young children my gfs 16months old daughter could get knocked over by the swing of my 60 labs tail id be more worried with a child around an hyper excitable dog like my lab then a mellow giant like a mastiff my dog also has teeth but the big issue has allways been and will be the dew claws they leave welts on everyone

  • both my bull mastiff and english mastiff were friendly and well behaved. They both despite their size were lap dogs.

  • makes me miss my 160lb lapdog. my bull mastiff just loved to lay right across your lap and be pet.

@girlsgirl562000 - please let me know which breed of dog does not have sharp teeth.

  • please dont ever leave your child around a bullmastiff unless it is trained. bullmastiff have sharp teeth and weigh alot and can take down ur child .

  • @03Mansoor1086 truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my doggie is a sweet goofy head cause i am too!!!!and i give him love all day n night good dogs are from good people just sayin....

  • i have a chihuahua who has this exact same temperment! it all comes down to the owner. my dog is a nice dog because he feels safe with me! I have trained and socialized him and he trusts me and knows now that he can trust other people! socializing your pets is the best thing an owner can do! also RESEARCH your breed! there is a perfect dog for everyone out there! mine is snoring in my lap :D

  • @AVDIZZZL

I do think the little yappers can be more vicious because the little kids can do more damage! It's one thing to get poked and slapped when you weigh 100 lbs.... Quite another when you weigh 12. They have to fight back to get relief! They are not mean, they simply need a BREAK.

  • @88jmak same dude, same but its my arm

  • believe me its true, its the owner who raises them, i got bit by a mastiff and not only am damaged physically but damaged mentally

  • he doesnt seem very vicious
