  • @austntexan Hey texan. I just ran across this video and seen your comment. Have you found anyone to do them for you yet? I am a self-employed machinist and I could make them for you, however many teeth you want too... Broach them too... Let me know something and I can always beat anybodys price. I own all my machines and have no payments so I can charge a pretty decent price. If you interested just comment here and we can talk. I can ship them to you pretty cheap too...

  • Thanks for the post. Interesting. I've got a question for you. Google "goped pinion" for a reference photo. How are these pinions manufactured? They're very small but it still seems like they need to be cut with a mill. They cant cast these can they? It seems like the metal is case hardened to withstand the torque of a chain on the finished product.

    I'm trying to get some custom ones created locally and am running up against a wall in finding a shop to do it.
