@holzfallen well said, i love this movie
-
not the most "entertaining" movie, but definitely haunting. I think it depicts a reality that alot of people can relate to, especially urban city dwellers, who are lonely, cut-off from the world, and unable to express themselves in even the most basic fashion.

i've never gotten this movie out of my head
-
go the Ronald watching and hoping for you, all the best.

I completely agree with duanemain. As strange as it is, it's also incredibly real -- not the kind of mannered indie quirkiness that passes for realism, but the genuine, gruesome article. Keith spends the whole movie just trying to stave off total ego collapse by being heard, being seen. He's the least despicable person in the movie and yet the only one who admits, all too readily, how loathsome he is. Catch it if you can!

figured i'd post something since there are no posts on here. saw this at the san fran independent film festival and it is fucking amazing...very funny, strange, but not strange just for the sake of being strange if that makes sense, even touching in a way..... anyway, i was pretty blown away...this is the best film i've seen in years...wish there was a way to get the dvd...i'd buy copies for everyone i know. ronald bronstein is a brilliant director.
