15 Burpees
10 Pushups
50 Mountain Climbers
Set 2:
15 Squats with DB front raise
15 Pop Squats onto Step
15-20 Dips
Set 3:
30 Seconds Bench Jumps
15 Bent Over Rows
24 Walking Lunges
Set 4:
50 Toe Taps on Step
21s with DB
10-15 Jump Squats
Abs and repeat again for 2-3 rounds then cool down and stretch.
