Moose calling -basic tecnique

I'm trying to show you how to call moose and this is how I do it. I have used horses to visualize the reaction and effect the sound makes to some simillar animal as moose.

it does sound like a moose , but it's the bull  moose call, a cow call is longer !!!

@MrHoofhearted222244, I had a bull moose in front of me a couple of weeks ago but he walked away when I tried to call on him. My hunting friend who sat a couple of hundred meters away thought I had a cow calling at the calf at my stand.

I think you use the Bull call. Does the Cow call work also ??

My hunting buddy is of Sweedish origin.

We are thinkin of trying this next season.

Moose in Canada are hard to draw out of the heavy Forest cover.

@semtech30, thanks. I called in a bull last winter but that the only succeed I have. Some weeks ago I heard something in the woods that sounded like nothing else and I think it was a moose calling in very long and nasal "hornblows". I use sounds that I have heard from moose out in the wild. Like you learn languages from listen to other people and mocking them you also can learn the "moose language" in the same way.

Men det är ett resultat i alla fall. Kolla in den senaste videon som jag har lagt till som favorit och som handlar om lock av älg, i den så sägs det en hel del som man kan relatera och återkoppla till efter att ha sett och hört älg.

Föresten, om jag skickar dig ett exemplar av mina tändstavar skulle du då kunna tänka dig att göra en egen video om dem då du testar? Det blir lite billig visning för mig och du får prova ett bra tände för friluftsbruk.

@Virihaure I have had very good luck with Deer call's.

I am sure this Moose call will have results.

The very long nasal calls I think are from the Cow-Moose. Female.

The one you demonstrate is the Bull.

I"m going to work with it.

But I dont think it will work here in Australia. But if I do find a moose....you will be the first person I call.....lol
