@KOOGMEISTER The way the Marines are reacting is a way to deal with things such as fear and stress. When your afraid or feel uncomfortable, you usually find yourself laughing and stuff to relieve the strain. WE DO NOT FIRE UNLESS FIRED UPON! So there is a REASON for that man being shot. Look up the rules of engagement. Violating these rules will result in being subjected to the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice)

@KOOGMEISTER listen i understand that you are angry, but thats what war is. and their is nothing that the soldiers can do but fight it. they are ORDERED to kill. and its hard to understand the psychological strain put on them unless you yourself have been there. another thing, it is illegal to fire at someone unless they have shot directly at you in iraq. well guess what every iraqi from age 8+ is carrying an ak47. can you imagine the stress? what about not seeing anyone you love for 12 months?

@riptide415 I don't like killing, but War is harsh. As a soldier, I wouldn't hesitate to do the same thing to prevent him from fighting another day to kill/injure more Coalition/NATO Troops and/or his own people, unless I've been ordered otherwise.
