I think the Drama is better than the anime. I got emotional a few times watching it. It have been great if they didn't take out scenes from the anime.

I have watched drama, anime and read the comic. I love this drama best. I just couldn't differentiate I love Takashi Sorimachi or GTO. He is so real, who will exist beside you and me, despite the exaggerated GTO in anime (which brought me lots of laughter anyway). Every year, I'll re-watch this drama and cry once, just to clean out my closet and search back the truely essential me, my greatest motivation of living. You always my Greatest Teacher~ GTO!!

I loved this drama...way before this, I wanted to be a teacher when I graduate, and teach in japan...this actually made me want to do it even more
