If they do a remake they should keep the game exactly the same, only improving the graphics. This will do the game justice. The pixelated graphics of really old games hurt my eyes nowadays.

Oh, thanks to all the ret cons and re-does, and (Square) Enix milking the cash cow, the original FF7 isn't even canon anymore.
