Abby M. and I (mike tayse) make donuts!

One more cold winter weekend and yet another niece is present to assist me with experiments in fried dough technology. You'll notice that the Do-Nu-Matic is doing it's job and Abby is running yet another donut maker the Tayse household is in possession of. (Liz got it at a flea market, brand new, still in the box, for four bucks!). It's 'kinda like an electric fry pan with molds for donuts pressed into the metal. In this video I also illustrate a simple manual, one might say novel, way of filling donuts. I'm using pear butter my sister made. Mmmmmm...donuts.
