Legendary 'Muscle Beach' located at Venice Beach in Southern California is a fun place to train outside right on the beach as its name implies: See Max work the ropes, rings & bars & have a blast challenging himself!

  • Max explain to me how Greg Plitt can get away with only eating one big meal a day and look like he does?

  • @andreg211 Greg's a great guy - I've worked with him & hung out with him many times. It's true: He applies the 'Warrior Diet' so to speak - with ONE LARGE meal a day - dinner - he told me this in person and I dined with him. First of all he is a genetic anomoly and is genetically gifted with his anatomy. Second, he trains not only very hard & consistently, but very SMART. Third, at the end of the day to some extent it does come down to overall calories in Vs. calories out.

  • I love the girl at 03:04. She making you look bad.

  • @rmsolympic1 that's my daughter LOL!

  • U should have brought a weighted vest along Max, added resitance!! Good job man!

  • @paulioj101 awesome idea - though I don't know if Iactually would've needed it: I'm actually sore today!

  • Nice inspiring video, Max. I will be out in SoCal next week and look forward to meeting you. Brad

  • Insane Mr. perfect

  • @maxewiii Excellent example for her to follow. WHat tickles me, too, is just how easily kids like her can do stuff like that - it's just fun to them, so its easy

  • Amazing stuff, Max! I love the fact that if one could measure the fitness levels of just about any 10 guys on the street half your age, then add those numbers up and multiply that total by 5, and compare that number to yours, you'd still wind up handily beating the crap out of the whole bunch.

    Always fun to watch!

    Paul

  • Looks nice & cloudy out! Are you doing this workout as a fun day supplement to a normal workout, like an "off" day challenge?

  • Muscle Beach looks like a fun place to workout, I couldn't find any beach in the bay area or anywhere that's just like it
