Practically EVERY far right/neo-nazi military South American dictators were put into power by CIA: the American intelligence service. Are they so BAD? Since they're supposed to belong to the GOOD GUYS AGAINST COMMUNISM?
Let's remember:
A good dictator is an authoritarian leader who obeys us, whatever we want from him and his people, and whatever how he's cruel to his people.
