Very good, this is a difficult piece (I can't play it yet!) but I couldn't help feeling that it lacked emotion. Maybe you've got to know the piece better now and can concentrate more on that.

too fast! but very nice :O)

very lovely, I'm playing this peice now and feel that as as you go through the peice, the most important thing to remember is to keep a steady pace and make sure as you practice you try not to make "blips" through out so constant finger excersises are deffinitely important, and also some of the runs were rushed...but overall this was VERY nice :)

Rubato does make sense, I agree, you need rubato in the piece, especially in the second section (from around 1.40 and at the 5.00) this would be much easier if you weren't rushing. But I think overall a really good performance, you runs were really good! Well done! :)

I agree that it's very rushed.. did you mean 'vibrato'? rubato doesn't make much sense xP

Overall, nice job on the solo, especially for a first time performing this. I can hear that you have the potential to play this piece REALLY well. However, I really felt that this solo was very rushed, so you may want to pull back on the reins, really make use of rubato, and really let this piece sing.
hey can you watch my audition video and give me some advice? the beginning is piccolo for like 30 seconds but them it gets into this peice and you did such a good job on this =)

Thank you. I listened to your audition video. I think you have a good tone and good intonation, but I think you need to improve the rhythm (I am talking about the main theme, not the fast runs). Try singing aloud the melody (without the flute, just sing) together with a metronome or with your favorite recording of a professional flutist. After you get the correct rhythm, then you can add a little rubato.
