I don't believe you understand, but no one really cares if you dot the periods at the end of sentence or capitalize the beginning letter of a sentence. As long as people can understand them, it shouldn't be a problem.
Not to mention, you're not much of a proficient writer either. It's "run-on" sentence, not a "run on" sentence, hypocrite.

@Stealth164 good job good job you play a sport that when people try to back it up they can only say we run more than you. so we dont pass it every 3 seconds, we dont fall and hold our chins when somebody kicks us when we got pads there and when we get hit there in football we dont get down and we keep going and knock out somebody, football is a game of mental toughness and HEART. the reason why we have pads is because we dont want about 10 players dyeing every year because we have no pads.
