thanks to the colonial powers doing what they do you mean...taking everything, and then giving "independance" to a people that were not allowed to even learn to rule while they were there. Hence no sound goverment and no riches left. Yes, sad indeed! My mum says she remembers when it was a prosperous and beautiful place where other people from the Carribean would go to find work and refuge!
