On January the 27th, 2009 a new bill introduced in Congress authorized the Department of Homeland Security to set up a network of FEMA camp facilities to be used to house U.S. citizens in the event of a national emergency!

Whenever a natural disaster is about to happen FEMA Camps open 24-72 hours in advance. Where I live when Hurricanes come there are up to 4 FEMA Camps open. The camps are safe secure areas and volunteers within camp have more 1 on 1 to help re-establish family lives.

Well, to sort of add to that. I used to be a guy who would make disparaging remarks like most people on here, however, I guess I finally realized that it isn't going to help anyone understand my disposition, and it only creates further divide among people who really are all on the same team, unless you are an outright Nazi.
