Nice catch on the 1991 D60 and the ETS D60LF at the end of the video!
-
@burbank - Toronto is down to about 14 of the Fishbowls now. Calgary has a bit less than 40 remaining in active service now.
-
Just add that TURBO.
-
I miss these buses.
-
There you go.

Great video! The bus was in very good shape for its age! It's great that Edmonton doesn't throw out buses at age 12-15 like agencies in the US do.
-
So your post was put up 10 hours ago at this point. SO that would make your spotting on Sunday... So what route was it on and where was it spotted?
-
No I seen one just yesterday!! LOL
-
I believe the last Fishbowl in Edmonton was retired just last week... :-(

I kind of miss the ol' buses. The seats were ugly, but comfortable. I hated the narrow exit doors, though.
-
You know issareign, they still have them out but they are few and far between now.
-
i miss those retro buss's, more comfortable seats.
I remember taking those buses
here in the United States in New York, Boston, and other cities and they were great buses. I remember those as a kid. I am surprised they were still in use in Canada. I am glad Canada preserved these fine quality buses!

The one in this video has been taken out of service, along with the rest of the fleet of Edmonton's. The last 15 or so buses made it till November 2009.
However Calgary still operates about 110 of these buses, Toronto 50. A few other smaller Canadian systems have small handfulls of them in operation.
