@athletickid9 i use .MOV in everyone of my videos! These are the formats youtube can use:
Windows Media Video (.WMV)
.3GP
.AVI
.MOV
.MP4
.MPEG
.FLV
.MKV (h.264)

i have this camera... excellent color and detail.... the only problem i have with it is the image stabilization (or the lack of it). It's just too shaky.... Makes a great photography camera for hobbyists though!
