I've spent considerable time walking through the Dolomites on my own when I was younger and healthier.
When I was asked how hiking is like I was never really able to give a clear answer.
Now I would just say " Hey, watch this video and you'll have your question answered".
Excellent video. You captured the spirit of the Mountain and you did it in high definition and with great skills.
