    When it boils down to it, if the music artist says that they made a DnB song with 140 BPM, then it's a DnB song with 140 BPM.

    Electronic/techno music (or any other synthesized music) has such a wide variation of sounds and styles now that the best determiner of the genre is the artist who composed the music, not the BPM.
