Team Diva took a Total Immersion 1.0 Swim Clinic with TI Certified Coach William Lang (Philadelphia). These are before & after clips Bill took of us from our clinic. We came a LONG way over 8 hours. From thrashing to gliding in a day. I am in love with Total Immersion! Now for practice, practice, practice.
