This is a video highlighting the seriousness with which Israeli Memorial Day is observed. At 11 AM on the morning of Memorial Day, air raid sirens sound for a full minute all over the state of Israel. At that time, all Israelis cease what they are doing in order to remember those who have died for Israel.
As you'll notice, there is very little audio for the middle three minutes of this footage; everyone knows how uncomfortable silences can be, so the time between the Chief Rabbis of Israel calling for silence in remembrance of those who have died (soldiers, police officers, security forces, and victims of terrorism) and the official sounding of the sirens was long indeed.
