Narendra Modi on Rajiv Gandhi's 1 rupee statement

Here Narendra Modi compares his rule with that of the late Rajiv Gandhi's rule (former Prime Minister of India). He reminds people that Rajiv Gandhi used to say that every single rupee that the Central government releases towards rural development, it undergoes a differentiation effect, with only 15% of the funds actually reaching the villages. Narendra Modi states that in under his rule for every rupee that is released for developmental work, that same rupee reaches undiminised at the village level, and villagers themselves add 10% to it and increase it amount available towards developmental work!
