I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, moved there in 1965. I was 15 when I saw my first Live Rock and Roll show at Bill Graham's Fillmore West, 1968, Ten Years After, Spirit with Randy California and a local band. In those days each band played 2 sets, it was GREAT. After that I never missed them through the 60's, 70's and part of the 80's, Alvin always tore the place up!! He always changes it up and makes each performance fresh and unique. Hope to one day see him again!! Rock on Alvin!!
