I hope you all enjoy my newest eyebrow routine. I'm so glad I started doing my eyebrows, now I'm addicted! If I have no time to put on makeup, my brows are a MUST! Growing them out is a pain bc I've been trying for about a year now. That's what I get for over plucking for so many years. But any suggestions or constructive criticism please leave them down below. Thank you all!! xoxo

  • i think your putting way too much pencil in your brows.. your brows aren't sparse so they just need a lil filling in... use a lighter hand and less strokes.. maybe less then 5 short light strokes... and more at the middle and less in the large side... then use a brow brush not a spoolie to blend and rub when you do that it gets darker and more natural looking

  • @shewillvideo thank you for the suggestions! this is still a learning process for me bc i have so many spots that i'm trying to grow hair back in, especially at the front.

  • @skin702 that you should have to "brush" them over. Also, I think the shape is still a bit too rounded. There such be more of an arch. I say that because I have the same face shape as you and I have very defined arch and it looks really good on round faces. Sorry this was so long but I am an esthetician and I love talking to people about their brows!

  • ur eyebrows are so pretty :)

  • i use a brow stencil too sometimes but i dont really manuever the stencil, i think you might have better results with a brush and eyeshadow and not a pencil.

  • Hi there! I definitely agree with@shewillvideo about using lighter strokes. Using the brow pencil, I would mimic the direction of the hair growth. Like applying little "strokes" of hair, instead of completely coloring in the stencil. Also, I noticed that you keep saying you are waiting for you hair to grow in more...you actually have a lot of brow hair to work with. I would suggest getting your brows trimmed. When you brush you brows up, those longer hairs shouldn't be sticking up so much

  • I'm originally from NJ too (born in NYC)
