Thanks. DC refers to Direct Current and DCC stands for Digital Command Control. DC is like the old trains . Turn the power pack on and the train goes . DCC has power to the track all the time and each locomotive has a chip and recieves a signal from the contorller to move any locomotive indendantly.
Thanks , Mike

Mike , Thank You so much for the positive feedback. I have been trying to be a better photog and actor!! LOL
I just try to pass on what I know and do to others in hopes they will have as much fun with hobbies (in general) as I have for 50+ years.
Thanks Mike , Mike

Always enjoy your videos, keep them coming. You do a really nice job with the camera and lighting so that we can see exactly what you are talking about. With N scale lighting and focus is really critical for the viewer.

Great Tips! Wondering how one might clean a n scale steam locomotive with the rubber tires on one set of drivers. I can see the tire get ripped off using the method of holding the loco to the track with the cloth. Or am i being too paranoid?

@MrChappy39 Nope you are right on and I do not run any steam so can not help you there.
Thanks , Mike

@RailfanningRulez I always pull a scrubbing car in a train and clean track about once every six months or so but my room is presurized by the house A/C and Heat.

Great video! I wonder if you could take a high end furnace filter and insert it in the duct right before the vent. Maybe that would help with the dirt somewhat.

@trainlover765 I am sure one of the alergy type would work well for that !!!
