Some spirals of shihonage and kokyunage, at a seminar in Stockholm 2004. I speak Swedish, unfortunately, but most of what I say is of little importance ;)

nice video, When you say that the spate you let go moves in spirals, What do you actually mean? For me it looks like an extention of your internal rhythm that express itself on your partner.

Brilliant video, I always enjoy doing shihonage as its easy and effective. This was one of the first throws I did along with Kaitenage and Jujinage also called Jujigarami i think.
