ONS Foundation for Clinical Research and Education, Inc. An injury prevention program of conditioning and strengthening exercises to help prevent ACL injuries in youth athletes. Part 1 of 2 parts.
yeah thats good, its what i have, i had surgery a year ago , and i twisted my knee again and its intact but stretched out. you need to slowly do excerises fopr ur quads and hams. bike alot. ice after each exsercise. dont go thru the pain, it can only make it worst. u can jog , just dont do high speed, and cutting. dont push urself 2 hard, acl is a major injury...
depends how much u tore. if it is just a pull than yes, but i would say if u tore it the only way to get it fixed is acl reconstruction...unless ur not an athlete, than you can live wit torn acl normally
these athletes are not doing the jumping exercises right... especially the guy, his core and upper back are loose.
