Bush didn't write his own speeches, he only had to memorize them.

He's cabinet was probably the least intelligent government on this planet in recorded history, and Bush is a perfect figurehead to illustrate the mentality and maturity of it all.

LOL! This made my night. On a serious note though. Bush obviously wasn't cut out for public speechmaking, but that doesn't make him stupid, just average. This is not a political opinion but a medical fact. Centuries ago people who had trouble speaking or couldn't speak at all were assumed to be unintelligent (this is the original meaning of the word "dumb") but we now know this was not the case.
