  • What is it with the welding videos and the rash of douche bags that think they know more than the people making the video.

PUT UP YOUR OWN VIDEO, SHOW US HOW IT"S DONE, SHOW US THE GIFT THAT THE GODS HAVE BESTOWED UPON YOU.....OR SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!

  • Very nice job dude.

  • Nice dude.

What the fuck is heat shield putty....

  • It looks like you get a lot of small production runs? Or some pilot/pre-production jobs? The reason I ask is because of all of the well built/engineered jigs in most of your videos.

  • I welded cooling tanks for AZ Speed And Marine - very exacting standards. So as a fellow aluminum welder - I say your rod size is perfect - no need for putty :), propagation speed is appropriate, weld width looks good for the application, penetration looks to be good as your prep work was thorough (nice clean weld), and your heat trail is nice and uniform. I watched some of your other vids and you have a good steady pace/rhythm - nice looking stack of dimes overall.

  • ahh i repair aluminum diesel tanks aswell at work sometimes. nothing like sweatin your ass off under a helmet. how many amps were u running there and what size is that strap 3/16?

  • What a Hater. I think he's jelous that he didn't get the job. Looks like a multi pass V groove butt joint. Plenty strong, rod size is fine, and I highly doubt that it will split open. Weld qual looked good too. I'd buy it.
