  • why always a competition between the two. I fly frequently and on both Boeing and Airbus since I usually don't have much choice. Both are great planes. I can't say one sucks over the other because they both get me where I have to go and safely. How about both brands being great??

  • I think Boeing would rather delay the run out of there plane than have it break up and fall 30,000 feet. Thanks Airbus.

  • @golfprobro4eagles =( a 737 is my first commertial airliner

  • I flew in the 787 for a test flight

  • @ChevyfunSS We need at least two brands to have competition to lower consumer costs. The greatness of both planes is a matter of opinion , but without competition we all would be at the mercy of the producer. Economics 101.

  • "We've added a lot of cool to the plane" for instance like not having me anywhere in the vicinity!

  • the reason most people prefer Airbus is because Boeing is america.

  • Both Airbus and Boeing are top of the aircraft industry Boeing has been around for way longer that Airbus and yet Airbus has nothing to envy from Boeing! I admire both compannies

  • @kuntipac - because their a300 fleet was rlly old. Tbey had them in ser ice for around 22 yrs

  • @mnd0770 I was referring to the A350.

  • @IloveSPIDERZ Even if it is 'as big as a 777' the 787's composite fuselage cuts down on weight, with a max takeoff weight ~200,000lbs lower.

  • @Thanhkim ya but they spent how many years on it? and how much money on it? and what about the operating costs? upkeep?
