There is a bit of preference, but in certain cases like rap there is a certain amount of skill involved. Ability to rhyme words (not being too predictable or forced), using literary devices, the way they flow, multi-syllabic rhymes, rhyme schemes, content in the lyrics themselves. Let's be honest, Tech is better.

Because people say Waynes the best, and others say Techs the best. Understand that as long as everyone makes different music, then everyone will eventually compare someone to someone else. Weather they be in each other's calibre, or league of talent. Tech compared to Wayne is like Water to Wine.
