I have noticed that there are NO birds outside and NO squirrels outside for two days straight now. I just noticed this. I live in upstate New York near Woodstock. It is like a wildlife ghost town. We just had some snow but it is now pretty nice outside and I don't see any birds hardly at all and no squirrels hardly at all. I was out for hours today and yesterday and didn't notice that there was wildlife outside hardly at all...I mean a ghost town of wildlife.

This is what really concerns me about Iranian nuclear ambitions. If a first-rate, fully-developed country like Japan has difficulty containing a nuclear mishap, a shit-ass nation like Iran will have no chance at all of doing so.

Whats bad is we cannot really rely on oil anymore. We cannot rely on coal, nor wind and likely not solar any time soon either. With the loss of nuclear fission and the absence of nuclear fusion I fear we are in for some very tough times.
